Roger, 51, was born and raised in Houston and graduated from the University of Houston in 1988 with a BBA in Accounting. After three years in public accounting with Ernst & Young, he joined the NOVUS Wood Group, LP (NOVUS) to lead the Accounting Department in 1991. Roger has held many positions with NOVUS including Controller, Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Roger is a co-founder of Freedom CNG and is the Controller and Corporate Secretary. He is responsible for all audit, accounting, tax, compliance and financial reporting functions for the Company. Roger has been married for over 25 years and has two children.
