Manager – Business Development, Logistics, Customer Relations

Will, 28, graduated from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management. Will joined the Management Training Program at Rush Enterprises, the largest heavy duty truck dealer in the United States, in May 2015 where he was exposed to various departments including sales, service, parts, and inventory. Upon completing the training program, Will became the service coordinator for the Houston location and was responsible for managing mobile technicians, and handling some of Rush’s largest customers. Will joined NOVUS in August 2016 in operations and is currently responsible for coordinating and managing off-site wood grinding projects, product delivery logistics, and expanding NOVUS’ wood products business. In his spare time, Will enjoys the outdoors and playing golf.
